I Love Cold Cuts

I would like to know from the deli meat people how does a customer ask properly for a slice of turkey breast to be cut thin and not when finished ending up with a bunch of meat stuck together. This convenient while maybe not the most healthy lunch choice can be very expensive. Is is it a personal joke when these guys cut it shred it and stack it so when you get it home the dog would puke lol.
