I Am An Introvert

I hate when I get quiet or go someplace alone and everyone thinks I'm mad or sick. No, I am not mad or sick. I'm still happy, I just need my alone time for a bit. What made it more awkward was that someone thought I was about to cry just now. I assure you that I am 100% ok and need to recharge in my "hole" for a few minutes. Then I'll be my normal self again.

I get that often, too. I turn down an invitation to do something and the person thinks I am upset with them! no, I didn't lie when I said I just want to stay home alone for a bit and it has nothing to do with person, I just need to recharge before I can be social again.
