I Am Jealous Or Even Envious of Other People

My best friend's mom is such a sweet caring, strong and funny woman. She is always there for her when she needs her and she treats me like another daugher. My two other friends have amazing caring mothers. I mean my girl pals are super lucky to have loving and amazing mothers. Honestly I get jealous when I see them bonding with their mothers. Also because their moms were there to be part of their lives. I pretend their moms are mine. My own mother was never there for me. She was only there for the first 8 years of my life. She never acted like a mother towards me. Let's just say she went though the wrong path. She abandoned us when I was I was 8. She breaks promises and stood us up a couple of times. I can't forgive my mom for abandoning us. I just wish I had a mom that was there for me. Why can't my mom be like other moms?!
I know I'm not the only one but it hurts to see people with their mothers, especially daughers.
