As a former Wiccan I never heard the term white lighter unless they were referencing Charmed.

I always assumed the "an it harm none" bit refered to intent. I still think it's the best way to interpret it in my opinion.

Aye, and then there are those that "do nothing", cause hurt by neglect and emotional shunnment, or cause bad to happen because they did nothing to stop it, and feel guilt free because they can literally say " But I didn't do anything"

Its true, Bad things CAN happen from the best intentions.

At least "trying to be decent" is better than doing nothing.🤷‍♀️
