I Get Sick Often

Hey there, I have a condition that makes it really easy for me to get sick with different infections. It's not fun at all. Anybody else fights this, and get annoyed when someone says "you get sick a lot"? That drives me up the wall. It's yes I realize this and there isn't anything more I can do about past what I already do to try and help. It makes everything in life so much harder.

If you’ve been on antibiotics for these infections & I have been really prone to infections so antibiotics have destroyed the flora in my gut. I even have had runaway yeast infestation in my gut that had you be treated with diflucan for 2 weeks, then skip 2 & do two more weeks.
If you can stomach buttermilk, the kind with the orange top is better. Poor 4 to 8 Oz in a cup & turn it up and kill it. The way it can fix up your gut is well worth suffering the taste. Bulgarian style buttermilk is not worth suffering that taste, double yuck. Yogurt, really good sour kraut, packaged probiotics are good. I switch the brands & types up as I feel I need to. There are even some health drinks that contain probiotics. Just don’t over for it, that can msss things up badly too.

I have a vestibular disorder - diagnosed as menieres disease but the neurotologist now thinks it is a type of migraine where the blood vessels in my neck go into spasm and the blood flow into the ear isn't correctly regulated.

I have good and bad days, weeks, even months but I don't look ill as such just I can't stand up and walk about without falling over. People don't realise how debilitating that is and seem to think I can just will myself to be better. It is frustrating trying to explain to people
