Okay...so they take five minutes actually, but are a fun variation on eggs!

As a child my mother being incredibly lazy and evil would boil them for one minute. Even the white was still clear. I would gag it was so disgusting and then she would scream "Puke it up and I'll make you eat it!"

my preference is a 10 minute egg. I've had too many food poisoning experiences in my life. I take whatever the FDA suggests and add another 40% or so :)
