I Cook

I love to cook. But, I love cooking things that are best considered "large batches" more than just a regular meal. Whether it's a pot of chili, a pot of red sauce ("gravy" for some of Italian heritage), gumbo, brisket, cookies, jam/jelly, salsa... I [i]can[/i] do everyday cooking, of course. But I've just always favored the "batch" stuff for whatever reason.
