I love making Lamb. Whether its Broiled Lamb Chops or my favorite Roasted Leg of Lamb. Broiled Lamb chops i like too season it with garlic powder,salt and pepper.And broil the lamb 5-10 minutes. and Leg of Lamb takes almost 2-3 hours. and served with English mint sauce.
