I Feel Bad

I noticed my dog's nose was peeling. I used a paper towel and dabbed the area and I made it worse but taking a little more of the peeling off. I told my mom the truth about what I did and now I'm scared that I put a scar on my dog's nose. I feel terrible. I hope it grows back.

It'll probably grow back. Have you gone with the dog to the vet? If the nose is peeling, it sounds like it has a pretty dry nose. You might want to sort that out or get some sort of snout soother/nose balm.

@NorthernRoses: No I haven't. Thank you. Yeah, his nose was already peeling but I feel like I made it worse so that's why I'm hoping it grows back.

You can get a special nose balm for dogs nose. And foot balm as well. Look for it on google or amazon

It's probably not the best thing to do. Have you taken the dog to the vet yet?
