I Am a Work In Progress

I have had several things happen today that normally would have upset me .

I am learning to identify what exactly is the trigger/upsetting event, so that it doesn't upset me next time.

That's very progressive. And, identifying the triggering event is a clue to what lies underneath it that the trigger is tied to. Might you want to look at that, too?
