I Am a Work In Progress
I am pretty sure everyone could belong to this group.
I have actually been dealt one of those life changing blows. I had to make a decision to either step up and move on, or; well let's just not go there.
Once I recovered from the initial shock, I resolved to become the best version of me that I could be.
Do I still have dark moments, you bet I do. Do I allow myself to be consumed by those moments? Well I won't unpack and stay with them, I accept them and move on. Kind of like having a cup of tea with that relative you don't really care for. You stay for a while, listen then make your excuses and leave.
Anyway that's my story, of course it has no end, because I am a work in progress.
