I Am Sneaky

My roommate just (jokingly) told me I have to stop walking barefoot in our carpeted apartment because "I can't hear you sneaking up on me!" But that's the point! It's not my fault you haven't trained yourself to expect it by now. Sneaking up on people (intentional or not) is kind of my thing.

Why shouldn't you be barefoot inside?

@SW-User Because if I had shoes on, she could hear the footsteps and know I was walking up right behind her. Being barefoot on carpet muffles the sound quite a bit.

@FaeLuna I get that. My point is one should always be barefoot inside! No point to shoes!
