I Like to Listen and Be Listened to

I hate being ignored, this is what my parents do often when I talk to them, especially my Mom. She has a habit of cutting me off when I'm talking to her to talk or ignoring me completely then telling me to repeat what I said earlier. It's rude that she does this even though she is my Mom. It's to a point where I don't talk to her as much.
