I Want to Be Healthy

[i][c=#BF0080]I finally decided to start running again. Set my alarm to go two diff days that it of course rained.. Then woke up extra early today, squeezed into 5 bras/sport bras and was excited it was the perfect weather considering it’s August and all and I get there and see this this 😑[/c][/i]


[i][c=#BF0080]I called where the next closest track was and it was closed too. I’m beginning to think it’s not meant to be at this time 👀[/c][/i]

Oh how strange! I think perhaps this is a sign you need to work on your warm up/cool down would hate for you to injure yourself after taking time away

No need to run, slow and steady, eat healthly and just walk for 30 minutes 4 or 5 days a week. It's sustainable and good for your joints
