I Have Trouble Making Decisions

I use a pros and cons list how do you make decisions how do you know you made the right one. I always have problem with this. My choice is stay in the city go to medical assistant school move to a smaller town work for ems the medical assistant school is expensive ems program is willing to pay for my training. Moving stinks
