I struggle with the same things vut the hardrst part will always be loving yourself. To get to where you want to be i think its necessary to learn to love yourself and body shape now.
My body didnt start changing until i leaened to accept the body i had. But its hard to change when you cant accept even looking at yourself. At least with my experience.
You can always work out at home
Some people like me just have big thighs even at my smallest weight my thighs touch. They jiggle. Thats what the do.
But there is a small that is normal for you. But if you try to attain the small that you see in others you nigbt find yourself feeling as if your not enough.
Im talking too much but its dangerous to look at another and try to be what they are.
