I Have Had a Bad Day
After crying twice at work today, clearing up more poo than I have ever seen in my life and being mocked for getting upset, I thought home might be a little more peaceful. Wrong!
My aunt just asked me to phone the energy company and get my uncle's bills account changed to my account as he died recently. The number she gave me was the BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT line but I've never spoken to a bigger arsehole in my LIFE. He asked me what day my uncle died and then got arsey when I said I wasn't sure and had to look for ages, then kept me waiting for ages while he faffed around.Then he wanted a gas reading and a GIANT spider was hiding in the box, so I was simultaneously on the phone to b***** 5000, wrenching this box off and throwing things at the spider to make it run away WHICH IT DID NOT.
