I Hate Dentists

[c=#003BB2]i swear I thought the dentist was trying to break my jaw yesterday.. Don't know what was worse, him putting so much pressure on my jaw while removing my wisdom tooth or that he was resting his chin pretty much on my head and could feel him constantly breathing on me lol.. Oh well I conquered my fear of finally getting a tooth pulled, so yay me[/c]

Feel fortunate it wasn't dental surgery and you were unconscious. A week after I had my wisdom teeth removed, they killed a little kid with too much stuff.

least he didn't tie a rope around the tooth and then stand back and started to pull with his left foot braced against your chin.

weird, pretty much every instance I've ever known of, they were put under

He was trying to unscrew your head so he could get to the tooth.

[c=#003BB2]@MikeSp, makes sense. Still can be a bit awkward lol.. I was more hoping my breath was smelling good since he was hovering right over my mouth lol[/c]

yeah when I got mine done they strapped me to the fucking chair before putting me under... it was hot but I can understand why that might scare the fuck out of someone

[c=#003BB2]i thought the same thing myself and believe me I tried to get them to do it while I'm put under but I'm actually glad I wasn't now, I think my fear of dentists is finally over.. Couldn't get any worse I think yesterday so fear is gone I think.... Still though, if a dentist ever tells you about applying anything acid type to gum, I would suggest asking to re numb mouth again before hand [/c]

[c=#003BB2]@NearMiss, damn I bet that was horrible to wake up during it.. [/c]

[c=#003BB2]i didn't even wanna look at it, let alone keep it lol.. He did say I was bleeding so much that he had to use a acid type thing to stop the bleeding, my mouth was so numb yet I could feel it burning.. Yeah I think that was the worst part actually [/c]

My dentist friends tell me they try not to get to intimate with their patients, but they sometimes have to contort themselves to work on small mouths or small oral cavities. Less room means less room to maneuver the tools. Glad you survived.

[c=#003BB2]what do you guys do with the teeth you keep? Make a necklace or something? Lol[/c]

[c=#003BB2]@psychocandy, it's honestly not that bad. The anxiety beforehand is the worst [/c]
