I can tell you cutting isn't the way out. Instead talk to a friend you trust to not judge you and talk about what's bothering you instead of self-harming.

@Eddiesolds @SW-User My foster sisters are one of the main reasons I am upset right now. I have been trying to find someone I can trust to comfort and care for me when I really need it, but they don't seem to be online right now...
