Awkward Feeling:
With my work I have to cooperate with other companies which rotates every 6 to 12 months or so whom I'm forced to cooperate with...
I was wrapping up the cooperation with this one company, whom has sorta been one of the biggest pains in my side, as the owners has seemed to be unwilling to even attempt to be helpful, he just wants to be 100% hands off, to have no knowledge of the issue, no paperwork, no responsibilities, nothing to do with it... nothing is wrong... head in the sand... and yet based on his set-up it's all running through him. Yeah... that set-up is a major flaw!
Anyways, the point is, they've been quite easily the biggest pain I've had to work with for the last x number of months for an outside company, all because the owner refuses to do the bare minimum... and so yeah there was a lot of complaining (even by his people).
But not it feels so awkward... because the owner has passed away, right before we got to the... it's all fixed part 馃挃 He might of been a nightmare to work with... but it kinda sucks still.
