I Want to Improve My Mind

Reassessing my emotional past, I was such a toxic person. So negative, so judgmental (still am sometimes), hot headed, jealous, and full of envy. I didn’t like who I was then. And if I were you, I wouldn’t have liked me too. How times have changed. Fortune favours the brave. Brave enough to let go, brave enough to embrace change, brave enough to challenge your potential for greater things in life than mediocrity. 😌

When we are young, we think we are unique, that no one has ever loved like we do, hurt like we do, lost like we do. A little exploration of the world teaches us that while we are individuals, we and our emotions are not unique, that humans have been enduring the same trials for milennia. That is when we start learning how to live through the next storm.

Everybody fails sometimes. Kipling in his poem If says:

That's how it feels sometimes.

@Scubayoda I am very serious. I have obligations in the morning and should have gone to bed long since but I will answer tomorrow. Sometimes we just need to scream and know somebody hears. I've been there myself.
