I have noticed a gap in the market.

Granted I already own my own small business and have since 1999 but I do have another idea. I love to cook and am pretty good at it. Around where I live I noticed a lack of Japanese restaurants. There is Thai,Chinese,Korean and even Vietnamese but no Japanese. The closest is the Korean restaurant that serves sushi. All the Japanese restaurants are at least 40minutes to 1 hour away.

Part of me thinks it would be fun to open my own place. I could do my families recipes and my own.
