I would adjust that to 'learn to enjoy your own company.' And learn to depend on others but don't become completely dependent. Even if people are committed to you they can get sick or die. Most of us at some point have to survive on our own.

Part of life (mine anyway) is learning who to depend on. Not everybody is steady enough to lean on.@SW-User
