I Run Cross Country

Hahaha cold, wet and muddy today and for some that makes it ideal conditions for a cross country run. My PE teacher included! I certainly won’t miss being sent out in my shorts, tee and bare feet in the rain for a cross country run.

@benJohnson99 running barefoot in mud is actually good. You have more grip than in trainers as the toes dig in. Plus easy to clean afterwards.
