Your wholeness has nothing to do with someone else's fear of losing you. Being a whole, happy person isn't dependent upon anyone but you. Choose happiness and share it with others. If they choose to leave, you have no less of yourself.

Sometimes it takes a while for a relationship to get to that level. I certainly have long term friends I am afraid of losing.

Maybe they were but were afraid to show it. Maybe you were too accommodating and they didn’t feel blessed. Live life on your terms when it comes to your worth. If you don’t feel appreciated, find someone that will. I don’t think you’ll have any problem finding that person. *hugs*
