How do i make friends .....

Friends for me are:

Hard to find
Harder to keep
Easy to open up to
But hard to trust


My city is not easy to find people of my age
As even before C pandemic it has little to no ways to have a opertunity
To find friends i need to have to find creative ways .....

Does anyone know a way in the netherlands to
Find friends through a website or organization that helps out ?
