I Love Sylvia Plath

Today is the day of birth of the great Sylvia Plath,

Here is a poem I wrote for her after visiting her grave.

Did it end
The unrest?
Bone woman
Beneath

Did you ascend
At your best?
Faraway
Released

Buried Deep
Far from home
Alone
Alone
Decomposed
Dirt and bone

Did it defeat
Your endlessness?
Lost soul
Out of reach

Did they keep
Your dying breath?
Taken, shaken
Released

Serenaded by birdsong
In a grave far from home
A foreigner
A disconnect
Back to dust
Are you home?

I like this part and I won't express why..

Did you ascend
At your best?
Faraway
Released

@MayaHope I'll try some day in poetic form and if you are around once I do I will tag you.

Oh you know me, always disappearing and reappearing! I find poetry therapeutic @SW-User

@MayaHope The disappearing I imagine is healthy. The poetry way more therapeutic
