I Have No Patience For Stupidity

The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday. I went to Taco Bell and both restrooms were locked during normal business hours. I asked why they were locked but the lady gave some nonsensical answer and then added that "we lost the key to the men's room" the response in my head was: how long does it take to call the locksmith and get it open and why haven't you done that yet?

Do you think fast food places should lock their restrooms? I don't see the point, it's not a 1 person room, there are like 4 toilets. However it's also not large enough for someone to be doing sketchy things in without getting caught. so why the hell lock it?

There is a trend here where rest rooms are locked now. You have to buy food in order to get the code to use them. And I am sure they change the codes frequently. I think it is to stop the public including the homeless from using the rest rooms. I don't agree with it. Using a toilet is a basic human right. At least it should be. I think some places, not here, have pay toilets.
