I like making coleslaw because it's really quick to make. I mix sweet pickle relish with the mayonnaise.

love coleslaw . good on hamburgers . i use Marzetti salad dressing . like to chop it up pretty fine . restaurant style . yours sounds good . keep exploring . :-)
