I Don"t Know

It’s difficult to make sense of what is going on right now. Constantly being pummeled by life.

Amidst the fear and panic about covid19, a friend dies because an idiot ran through a red light.

I feel like there’s irony in that somewhat.

I tell myself that he’s in a better place but those words always sounded empty to me and they feel just as empty now.
