I Hate Pms

My room mate Katya has been mean to me for most of the week and she made me cry on two occasions 😢

Last night she apologised for her behaviour and now I know she has really bad PMS. I wish she had told me before so I could have supported her. She was not well enough to go to gymnastics this morning and just wants to stay in our room and keep warm. I am going to look after her as best as I can and do whatever she wants 🐻

You are a caring person.

However, having a period, even a bad one, doesn't give anyone the right to be unkind to you. I understand she is having a hard time and that you want to be supportive. But I am concerned that you might get into the habit of making excuses for people who hurt your feelings.
