I Really Love Burritos

Well I can toss about anything into a tortilla and and call it good.I like to expand the form and see what kind of flavors might result.Of course the standard taco wagon fare is pretty rockin',but for me I usually prefer to see what's around and assemble my own creation,affordable,transmutable and good for on the go.If I'm feeling lucky or ravenous,I don't even need a plate.Which is a sort of heaven for this dishwashin'fool.
I will share more,but now I am tired andd hungry~tonights version...fresh spinach with leftover Mexican rice(which is pretty old really,but I've got a damn strong constitution)yesterdays cold navy beans with pesto and feta cheese, and a little bit of spicy barbecue sauce.On a boomin' sundried tomato flavored tortilla.
dang,life is good,I'm pretty exited about this one.I'm not bothering to heat it either,life is short and I'm up early again tommorrow.
