Too much, so my dentist says--- and now Ive overused a water-pick --- my dentist, in all his frustration told me, " it's a damn water-pick, not a pressure-washer,,, now I have an exposed nerve and will likely have to have a root-canal-----dammit

@SW-User He says a waterpick is good,,, He asked what brand I had and said you can turn the pressure up to high on that one...Told mre it might take 5 weeks for my "nerve" to return to normal--- so I drink a bottle of wine, every night 😜
