I Have Food Issues

I'm having problems planning out what kind of food I'm going to eat. I feel like I have to check in with my mom to see what foods she will be planning for dinner so I don't end up eating the same thing twice in one day. For example: Today I ate macaroni and cheese for lunch but then later on my mom was going to make grilled cheese sandwiches and salad for dinner. I asked mom if she could make something else because I didn't want to eat too many carbs and cheese in one day. I feel like I have to have a balance for every single meal. Because if I eat too many of one thing (such as protein) and not enough carbs I feel like I won't get the nutrition that I need during the day. Such as the carbs that I'm eating today its too much to have pasta and bread filled meals in one day. I feel like it's so hard planning out meals and I'm finding it hard to enjoy eatng anymore.
