I'm at that point where I truly believe that I could kill myself and no one would even notice let alone care.

I didn't lie. I said I felt like if I killed myself no one would care. I didn't say I was thinking about killing myself. There's a difference. On the suicidal spectrum, 0 being no thoughts or feelings at all and 10 being the gun is at the head, this feeling is about a 6; maybe a 5.5.
