I Dislike Attention Seekers

@Stark Yeah but then there's a lot of people that make snarky complaining passive aggressive posts or self-pity posts that are possibly fake for attention too lol. if people ignored everything then there would be nothing left to say or post. You can argue that the author of this post is being attention seeking, but I think it's just stating how some people go to lengths specifically to seek validation or attention and telling them to ignore these people is contradictory to what these exact people are also doing.

@wakanda4eva okay, but the point is you making a comment isn’t going to stop these people from posting however they choose to post whether it’s attention seeking or not. It won’t make a difference. That’s like me with the political post I don’t care for them and hate when they flood the feed but I don’t go out of my way to make a statement how I hate them and people need to stop making them. I just ignore them , Because really, it’s not going to make a difference. Who really cares if this person is going out of their way to be attention seeking ? How is it affecting anyone ? Or this other person is making annoying political post.? 😆 because at the end of the day they’re are still going to continue to make these post regardless of what anyone has to say about it or if someone dislikes it. You stating how you dislike it is not going to stop them it’s really just adding to it in my opinion. Especially the arguments I’ve seen that people have had on people posting selfies or nudes or whatever else others find attention seeking those long arguments just add to the attention seeking that many are against. 😂 It doesn’t do anything, and from what I see it just Influences the person to post more out of spite.

@Stark to a degree I think everyone once you post something into existence on the internet, you are seeking validation or attention, but personally I seldom every want the attention or validation, I just say what i feel needs to be said, I'm honestly most of the time scared of it, cos of the potential backlash, but I'm trying to build that confidence that I shouldn't be scared to say what's on my mind, and everyone shouldn't be, when you put something out there, it's every person's right to fight ur opinion as it is yours or mine to dish it out.

@wakanda4eva That’s cool I suppose. I really just don’t understand why people care because I sure as hell don’t care how anyone uses this site or any other site for that matter. I don’t think it’s anyone’s job to monitor or attempt to limit what some people post based on what they may view as attention seeking or not.

@Stark just from the post itself and ignoring the author's comments lol, I don't think he was even a slight insistence that he his monitoring people to stop attention seeking, it was just a question, and honestly people all the time post the most abrupt direct posts like complete generalizations like "men are just dicks" or "women are sluts" (although the discrepancy between generalizing about women and men on sw is very huge ) and the dicky man that kisses these bishes asses without questioning lol. and a lot of other passive-aggressive posts "why are you such a piece of shit" why are you this why are you that probably for attention or validation , and people unquestionably just answer it lol which I find personally bizarre cos it sets such a negative vibe, maybe I should also just play along but I find those posts annoying af.
