I Hate People Who Make You Feel Special And Then Leave

People always leave me or I push them away. I'm repulsive. It's hard to make friends when you know you're gonna get left behind sooner or later. Just when I trust someone, it'll end up in a mess.
I'm okay with being alone but it gets lonely sometimes.
I just feel a bit down when I get attacjed to someone and then they'll leave.
