I Have a Family Member In Prison

My oldest brother has been in almost as long as I've been alive my parent refuse to really talk about him but I get bits and pieces from my other brothers but not much I don't know if I should ask more questions or just drop it I'm curious to know what he did how long he is in for its just odd to me having a family member I don't really know

Your parents may be angry upset or embarrassed. They may also be trying to protect you from bullying should others find out.
Possibly best not to push it. Perhaps ask the person you trust most/ feel most comfortable with.
