I Hate When People Have Children But Don't Want To Be Parents

I wonder how it can be that so many children end up with such bad parents, when there are so many people who would be wonderful parents without any kids.

I've wanted kids for 25 years, and know I'd be a good father if I was ever blessed with any. It just makes me sangry (sad & angry) every time I hear on the news about another child who dies due to his parent's actions.
