I Love the Twilight Zone

Man, Is Rod Serling a trip or what? He without question had a unique talent or gift, even. To mastermind such stories that was written by others and put his magic touch to create one of the greatest shows ever known. Not even one episode would be complete without his expressiveness of phrases and his articulation mastery of words. If someone were to ask me which is my favorite episode, I doubt that I could name any one in particular to be my favorite. There is one that I always love to watch and don't think I could get tired of and that is " Kick the can." I'm sure it wouldn't grab anyone that is still in the arms of youth. But let Father Time have his way and it won't take long till they'll be watching it as I do. For those of you that know of the episode that I'm talking about; is it just me or doesn't it do something on the inside of you. Which part would you play ? Would you be on Charles team or Bens? Just sit back and just imagine if there could be such a thing. I think I'll go for a walk and who knows, I might just come across some kids playing kick the can. Peace

One of the best shows ever. Still the gold standard after almost 60 years. 👍🏽

@bijouxbroussard Hell yeah. They really bottled lightening on that one. It doesn't even feel dated after all these years. It walked that thin line of foreseeable possible consequences without falling into conspiracy theory paranoia almost perfectly.

It was and is the greatest TV show ever made. It had everything. Suspense mysteries, Film noir, sci-fi, horror, history, drama... It crossed so many story types and did it beautifully. Not a single dud in all the seasons.
