Do you know the regulations for hay rides?
Are there any? I want to sponsor one in the city for families, but I’ve never done that before.

I'm sure there are probably several things to consider. A call to the city offices should start the conversation. Plus a call to your insurance agent. If someone were to get hurt during this event are you insured. It sounds like you have the best of intentions, but there are liabilities to consider as well.
