Doing the plank

I did this yesterday and my heart was racing sooo fast, even better than when i do cardio... who else tried it on a long term? Did u see nice results?

If you wanna up the game a bit try doing planks side to side, or knee to elbow planks. Planks are good for sure, bit much on my lower back.

@Sweetpoison Nah it's just a part of your core I think and my lower back is a weak spot for me. I can't do sit ups because of it haha

@Sweetpoison If its just when you're doing planks then it's probably because you've not really ever worked that area out before like me. After doing planks for a while I could go longer without feeling tense as quickly.
