No we LGBT+ dont accept pedophiles.

So many people don't understand that most pedophiles don't really care about the gender of the kid .I know lots of people that swear if a man molests a boy the man is gay. Gay men want relationships with other men ,not little boys ,it's about control of the kid ,something they can't get from someone their own age. I can say that the men that abused me were straight with families ,macho stand up guys . People worry about the gay man living down the street while the family guy next door is molesting their kids. Society makes it easy for them by looking for danger in the wrong places.

I agree with you. Pedophilia and all parts of the LGBTQ+ community are not even close to the same. No matter how anyone feels about the community, pedophilia is both immoral and illegal and trying to equate the community with that illness does a huge disservice to children victimized by these predators and makes enemies of likely allies. No one I know in my community has any acceptance for victimizers of children. Period.

Ironically, despite the vitriol bigots spew, most child molesters and pedophiles are cishets.
