I Can't Always Sit Still

Watching something entertaining on TV, I can sit still for. Sitting through a borning class for part of my firefighting training, not so much. If i sit still for too long my mind starts to wonder, I nod off, and my leg does that thing where it moved up and down repeatedly (not sure that's a good description). I wish we were doing something active instead of sitting in a classroom.
