I Love Prince

Prince was such a big part of my teenage life, when I was in high school, every school dance his music was like a staple and you couldn't go anywhere without hearing his music, it is such tragic loss of such a great, I took my 5 year old to lunch on the day he passed, before we left I turned off the computer and when we got in the car the radio station was playing his 5 biggest songs over and over, the station doesn't have a DJ, when we got back in the car after we ate, the same songs still playing and I knew something was wrong, when we got home I turned on the computer and saw the terrible news that he was gone and I couldn't believe it, I felt numb and thought this can't be happening, then I turned on the big 80's on Sirius and they were having a tribute to him, still doesn't feel real he is gone.

Coolman- Those of us in this age group grew up in a time where Mtg and Prince went hand in hand. The 80's were magical times. I adored Prince and his music and was shocked that such a musical genius was gone at such a young age. Music today, well, what they try to pass off as music will never stand in comparison to Prince. He was one of a kind.
