I Think I'm Lost

I don't have anybody, and that's sometimes crippling, but always a constant weight on my state of mind. As delicate as it is. This sucks! Why can't we just 'know' and 'understand' each other??? God, tell me why...Somebody, for the sake of sanity, crash into me.
