If you look at the various replies, you'll see that I originally replied on 24 Jan. 2019 (~22 days after the original posting or your own reply).

It bubbled back into my feed because of the other replies this year, and I again offered a positive reply which I have done on various occasions. Some posters appreciate this, and I can't foretell who will come back or when, so having some new, positive feedback is nice to find, upon logging in.

Besides the opportunity to state the obvious, I'm not sure how the reply offended you...?
