trying to describe a feeling

it originates from the center of my chest and spreads along the front of my throat, like a swelling. i can feel a similar pressure in my eye sockets as well, but i don't feel like crying. i feel dry, but full of pressure. my throat feels funny. i am tired. it's in my ears too. my entire head, now. it tickles my throat. i feel uncomfortable. it weighs on me, saps my energy. i feel like i cannot be bothered to move or think outside of this feeling. i need to rest.
