I Am Happy Happy Happy

The Paralympics were meant to be held in Malaysia and they refused to allow Israeli athletes to attend. They have now been stripped of their right to host them. I’m glad they were put in their place.

As much as I loathe most of what the Israeli government gets up to, I actually agree. There's no reason to pollute sports with political sentiment.

I'm happy too that Malaysia was holding tight to their moral compas. It's odd, when Israel refused to allow athletes from Palestine to attend, no one said anything. I'm glad, at least somebody is being human..
