why do you call him your baby's daddy? is that like a passive approach to calling him daddy?

@MartinTheFirst because he isn’t my boyfriend, and no one on here will know him by his name. He is the father of my baby so therefore the easiest way to refer to him on here is “my baby’s daddy”, with out giving out his personal name, and until he is something more. If I wanna call him “daddy” in sexual terms, I will do so. That wasn’t the point of it.

When we started dating in highschool he cheated on me and we broke up. We just re connected this past summer, had no intentions on me getting pregnant due to our shinanigans but I did, so we’re evaluating and In the process of if we should become a couple again or not. Or if we should just be friends for our daughter.
